It depends entirely upon your career aspirations and interests. Choose an MBA if you want to work at the management level; choose MCA if you have an inclination towards coding and technical topics. -
Well, the answer lies within you only. You can see that there is not much difference between the salary package if the candidate is deserving. So, just clear out your dilemma by analyzing your skills, aptitude and interests. If you are more technology-oriented and wish to make your career in programming, software or any other technical aspect, then you should opt for MCA. On the other side, if you are interested to move in management and administration, if you possess leadership qualities, you are interested in running your own business in future, then MBA degree is the best option for you.
