    After BCA, if you are interested in coding and IT, then you can pursue MCA. After BCA, MCA will be of 2 years, as you'll get lateral entry to 2nd year. Or, if you are interested in management, then MBA will be the best option for you.

    It depends on your area of interest. If you wish to go in the field of software development, then it is advisable to go for MCA. However, if you wish to go for people management, then it is advisable to go for MBA. Whatever you do, just be completely focused. It will give you a good and successful career.     In present scenario, a large number of programmes are offered related to IT or computer field. They are different with their course structure, time duration like short term / full term / regular as well private so a candidate have choice to choose any of them.     After BCA, you can go for MCA. Eligibility for MCA in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science) or B.Sc (Information Technology) or any graduation with computer science as a subject for three years or mathematics or statistics or business maths or business statistics or QT as one of the subject at graduation or 10+2 level) and along with this you might have to clear some entrance test.     You can do MCA after completing BCA. MCA is a post graduate course of 2 years which consists of 4 semester in which you'll learn some high level languages and also they'll teach you advance level of languages you have learned in BCA. Programming language like C, Java, UNIX and Shell, DBMS. Net Framework, etc.
