Hi,
Ideally you should pick a specialisation you like and you are good at. So see which one interests you the most and you are also good at it and go for it.

Hi,
If you like accounts and are good at it then you can opt for accounts specialisation. But if you don't like accounts or maybe you are not good at it, then you should join general M.Com.
