Which is the best course among web design, html and animation?

HTML+Animation is certainly a deadly combination but you may also look up for your interests in HTML+Photoshop, as it is the growing need of the industry. Or, may be a combination of all three together could boost up your chances to avail opportunities at your plate. For a complete web design course, you may have to get yourself trained in variety of technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, RWD, Javascript, Query all these forming the basic structure of web design curriculum and apart from this the growing real-time demand of industries like AngularJS, NodeJS, ReactJS basic s would be must to look upto a better job opportunity. I suggest go for B.Sc. Animation from reputed Universities/institutes like Manipal, Amity, Birla Noida, Jain Animation School, Picasso Animation college.

Yes, HTML and animation are part of web design. If you are interested then go with animation as it has lots of scope as well.

HTML and Flash animation is a part of Web Designing course, but if you are looking for a career in animation then you can do course which specializes in animation. Web Design and HTML does not have any link with animation.
