Which is the best course and college to pursue among ECE from PEC, ECE from NITJ and CS from Thapar?

See For ECE NITJ is better. But if you have interest in CSE then Thapar CSE is the best.
You can check for the cutoffs, Thapar accepts your JEE mains score & for CSE your score should be 180-190. There is a good placement scenario in Thapar these days. NIT is a brand like IIT. So if you want ECE then NITJ is better then PEC. You can get ECE in NIT with a rank of about 14-15k. You have good options with you, decide wisely.
