<p>Best course is at IIT Bhagalpur would be B.Tech in computer science in engineering in and rest some students choose ECE in place of CSE but B.Tech in CSE is considered the best. Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur offers 14 courses across 2 streams, including Engineering and IT &amp; Software.</p>
