    Both are different as BCA (Bachelors of Computer Application ) is mainly targeted for programming applications and have no other branches as far I know but B.Sc. (Bachelors of Science) have many branches like B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. CS B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Bio, B.Sc. Math etc. You can choose B.Sc. IT or B.Sc. CS if you want to do B.Sc. Instead of BCA and want to be in computational field and learn IT/Computer Science. There is difference in both BCA and B.Sc. IT/CS syllabus. If you want to be a purely programmer you can do BCA + MCA or B.Tech CS. Depend upon your interests. If you have interest in computer related things, and want to your
