Which is the best course: computer science engineering or marine engineering?

It is purely a matter of your interest, and choice. Both the subjects are good and have wide scope if your interest is more towards computers, programming then go for computer engineering. -
Dear,
First of all, you have to know your interest. If you have an interest in tech related work, coding, programming languages then go for computer science engineering and if you have interest in mechanical related work then go for marine engineering. Both have good scopes but in terms of package, CSE will win here.
