Which is the best course for an HR professional with 7 years of experience- Executive MBA (Part or full-time) or some other program?

I have done MBA HR via distance mode and have an experience of around 7 years and 6 months. Now, I have observed that most of the companies are not hiring candidates with distance mode MBA. So, I want to pursue some course which can help me meet my expectations of getting better job opportunity.
