Which is the best course in fashion designing?
I didn't pass 12th. I will be writing it next year. I passed 10th with 78%.

Fashion designing in itself is a specialised field so you may pursue a course fashion designing. Prepare for entrance tests such as
1. AICET
2. CEED
3. NID Entrance Exam
4. NIFT Entrance Exam
5. UCEED
to get good colleges.
