Which is the best course in New Zealand for a B.Tech IT student? Also, is New Zealand the right choice for technical jobs?

Hi Utkarsh,
New Zealand has only one city where the IT sector is booming - Auckland. The other cities do not have enough opportunities. I would suggest you try Australia, just to stay safe.
