MCA is the best after BSc. (comp). Because the knowlegde of BSc. with computer is very useful in MCA. MBA 1st year has account subject which is not useful for BSc. Computer students. The students have science background, those students will bore or suffer from Account i.e. commerce subjects.

After B Sc , you have ample choices to do. MBA or MCA is not the last point . There are Various PG courses, You can do some short term courses also. PGPTC, PGDBA, etc.
