If you want to continue the job only then its better please concentrate more on the requirements what the company really needs. Try to work hard to get good response sure very soon you will feel more better. Or if you want to leave that job and thinking to go for further study then come for MBA or M

After B.Tech Biotechnology you may opt for courses such as :
-M.Tech Biotechnology
-MBA
-Integrated PhD courses
-Master of Philosophy in Biotechnology
-PGD in Biotechnology
-PGD in Clinical Research

You may even opt for short term courses :
-Advanced Diplom
