If you are interested in programming and wants to build a career in IT, then go with MCA. If you are interested in management, then you can go with MBA. Both of these courses have huge potential and requires candidate to be fully dedicated towards their studies

You can choose between M.Tech, MBA and MCA.
These are the three courses, you can pursue after completing your BCA degree. All of the three course consists 4 semester. If you have good grip in programming then go for MCA or M Tech (IT).
If you don't have good programming skills choose MBA. Thanks.

BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for job immediately after BCA in Small and Medium size IT companies. Unfortunately Indian IT industry does not prefer BCA for entry level Developer and Testers role. You may get junior developer or Application support jobs. If there are no personal conditions, you are advised to complete MCA before seeking a job in IT industry. MCA graduates are treated on par with B.Tech CS and B.Sc IT grads for Application development and Maintenance jobs. If you are not technically oriented then you may evaluate doing MBA.
