Either you can go for engineering or if you want a course that will help you to prepare for IAS then opt for BA economics, sociology or political science.

No specific degree is recommended for IAS, but if you choose BA. As you degree programme, then you will get a lot of free time you prepare for IAS examinations. Good luck.
