Which is the best course to pursue after 12th?

i am studying in 11th standanrd in dubai (cbse) and confused whether to do ca or cpa.please guide me and i also heard that there is no institute for cpa in india... when i looked at the courses your offering i was suprised.sir please reply to me as fast as possible,is it possible to do cpa in india
