    Hi,
After B.Sc, you have two options :
    1) You may opt for M.Sc to study the research side.
    OR
    2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with M.Sc or MBA.
So, in a nutshell, you should pursue a course based on your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goals. Think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in

The next best course would ofcourse be M.Sc in a related subject of your choice. Thereafter it would depend upon the kind of work you want to do and the field in which you want ot make your career. For exampel if you arei nterested in the education line then go ahead with PhD and simultaneously clear the UGC NET exam so that you can become eligible for being a professor in a college. Alternatively you may do PhD and join a Research Lab of a private sector organization. MBA is also one of the many choices incase you want a career in the corporate sector. Opportunites are there in several fields. Evaluate your own interests truthfully.
