I am pursuing Diploma in Civil engineering (Final year).

You can consider pursuing B.TECH 2nd year through lateral entry admission. Your specialization choice can be-
Structural Engineering
Construction Technology
Geo-technical Engineering
Transportation Engineering
Environmental Engineering
Construction Engineering and Management

1) You can do Btech in same Branch or can do designing course to get into designing jobs.

After diploma in Civil engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
To be eligible, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral
