Hi,
There are many instiutes in india from where you can do GDETE ( Graduate Diploma in Electronics & Telecommnication Engg ) and even you can complete your GDETE within short span of time ie just 1yr only.

Although there aren't many options in pursuing engg through distance education yet there are a few possibilities under which you can pursue this course like Annamalai University (offers Part time), JNTU(Correspondence), Acharya nagar Juna University (Correspondence) and IGNOU.
