Which is the best course to pursue after diploma in mechanical engineering?

I HAVE COMPLETED MY DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING & AT PRESENT I HAVE JOINED 2ND YEAR OF PRODUCTION ENGINEERING. ARE THERE ANY OTHER COURSES OR DEGREE WHICH I CAN GO FOR?

That is good. You may additionally make your self proficient in related engineering software like AutoCAD, ProE, ANSYS, for better knowledge and value to teh degree.

B Tech Mechanical Engineering is a good course if you are not interested in production engineering and is planning to leave the course. You can also opt for AMIE,AMIME etc concurrently to add to your value.
