Which is the best course to pursue along with MBA(HR)?
I am doing MBA in HR from imt ghaziabad (disatance learning). I am in 4th semester, Along with that what can i do for better job opportunities in HR ?

many diploma courses available in HR speciality by various distance learning institues. Try all that. And try to do 6 sigma to increase productivity .

Along with MBA HR , u can also do some short term certificate courses in Six Sigma/ Applied Psychology . U can also go for MA Sciology, Diploma in Training and development, u can also opt for some diploma course in Labour Law. This will be an added advantage to you.

Hi, first, you need to secure good marks and complete the MBA. If possible go for some short term certification programs, which can give you knowledge and certifacte to improve your skills

You can look for some computer programs or certifications like SAP HR. As you are planning to make your career in HR you can Also plan a diploma program in psychology, anthropology etc.

course from NIPM is not a good idea. You can opt for certification in area of interest such as thomas profiling, NLP, Training and Development etc

If you have campus palcements in your college then prepare for the same or otherwise start working now on the prospects in the market through conultants, refrences. If you did not have any support from college then atleast dont sit idle but start from a small SME type unit in HR profile only.

Hi, you could also read up a lot of material available on the internet on people management and skills, employee and staff related articles, HR related articles. During interviews, people management skills are certainly looked at which could help you in getting good jobs. Hope this helps.

Try to get into some good company, may be at entrance level perhaps experience in good company will give you more edge then doing correspondence course, try to have good hand on experience in Microsoft office.
