In a good university / colleges there ere eligibility of 55% of marks in MA but its very difficult to get admission without NET/JRF. There are many colleges who offer PhD in different stream of social science where you will get an admission but they charging high tution fee and not providng any scho

for fee structure you should visit the institution's website as every year they revised the fee structures and tuition fee.
