B.Tech in CSE is the best option for doing graduation degree in comparison to B.Tech-IT, BCA and B.Sc CS/ IT. You may refer to following link for list of top CSE colleges in India:

You may opt for either private universities for B.Tech CS/IT or BCA or B.Sc CS/ IT.
