MBA is business oriented course and M.Tech is a core engineering course. It depends on individuals interest, if you looking for a career growth in technical field then go for M.Tech. Pursuing it from IITs will be very profitable. If you are looking for management career, than you can go for MBA. Both degrees have importance in respective field.
