Mechanical is the best option. You can get jobs easy through mechanical because every machines have more priority now a days so better to choose mechanical and every company whether it may be a construction field or may be other fields out there. A compulsory need for a mechanical student.

Civil will be more stress giving in this case primarily due to all the field work and running around. Mechatronics however may seem like a good option but a project in mechatronics will also drain you out mentally. Hence if you think you are physically capable then civil may be good.
