which is the best degree in vfx and virtual film making.
I kind of stuck in both of them if you suggest so which of them is best option and will have scope in future. and the best college.

What do you mean by virtual film making? Do not go by fancy names, it would most probably be another name for animation. Wish you the best for your career.
