Dear Abhay, For Distance Education you can go for, NMIMS, Symbiosis, ICFAI, Welingkars, these are some of the best institute for distance education.

Unfortunately such a rating is not available with me, but many or almost all Universities have this facility through their Directorate of distacne Education. There are open Universities as well.
