Which is the best distance MBA/PGDM course for me (3yrs exp in IT) to change job track and get higher package?
I am an IT guy working in CTS kolkata since 2011.I obtained 82% in 10th std, 76% in 12th & 75% in B.Tech (ECE).Suggest me the best distance MBA/PGDM course and corresponding institute name for me so that I can add my work exp along with the degree and switch to other companies with higher salary.

Doing MBA in Operation from NITIE mumbai will best serve the purpose

Hi Somdeb,
If getting higher salary is your goal, don't go for MBA (3 years). Analytics is the Buzz word now. http://analyticsindiamag.com/trends-in-analytics-3-experts-offer-their-insights/
So go for a certification program (5 Months) or if you cannot go to the place, do some e-learning programs
