Which is the best distance MBA program in India having online exam facility and the degree of it has a value?

UGC has banNed completely online programme. as far as value concern, if you are a fresher, there is no point. if You are planning for government job, better opt IGNOU. else opt a good state or central University only. do not opt any private University for such programme..They are running degree scam

its worst. can you tell me one single University from Arunachal which is in reputed list? venkateshwar is a private University. you will neither learn nor earn a recognized degree. as per ugc regulation, this University cannot offer any course outside its campus in Arunachal
