Asif, there are different specializations available in MBA like Finance Marketing Human Resources International Business Operations Information Technology Retail Management Strategy Entrepreneurship Business Analytics E-Commerce Banking and Financial Services Hospital & Health Care Management and so on. You get to choose 2 specializations of your choice in 3rd semester. E-commerce, retail management, banking and financial services, Hospital and Health Care management etc are some good choices. Still see your interest and choose two. As for admission, there are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores. Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria of individual Management Institutes or Universities.
