Which is the best engineering branch among CSE and electrical engineering?

You can do computer engineering, electrical engineering or civil engineer. It is dependent upon you that in what field you are interested. If you are doing computer engineering after that you can do MCA and get a better job.

I don't think any of these can said as the worst. As an engineer, you would come to know every branch have it's own goodness. It totally depends upon you what you likely want to do.
