Choose a branch that you are passionate about. If you study in a good college like DTU, all branches have scope.
The reality is that every branch has good scope and opportunities if you perform well in it. Contrary to this, if you take up a branch just based on its job prospects and lack interest in it, you'll end up getting nowhere.

It depends upon your interest. If you like electronics field then you should pursue B.Tech in electrical and the same goes for other branches. All the branches are good.
