It depends upon your interest. If you like electronics field then you should pursue B.Tech in electrical and the same goes for other branches. All the branches are good.

Thapar Institute of engineering and technology is a pretty good option for engineering related courses in India and Punjab. B.Tech computer science engineering is the best in India in terms of salary package as well as placement.
