    Hey Daniel,
    There is nothing like which steam in engineering is best. Every engineering gives you almost same number of opportunities but going by general trends there are a lot of jobs available in Computer Science/IT. But CSE is said to be having least jobs in Govt sector. Hence you can have best opportunities in whichever field you perform good. Kind of jobs you fetch also depends on university you are studying.

    You are asking that which branch is best in engineering. So dear, I would like to tell you that all the branches of engineering are best but it depends on you interest or choice. So, choose a good branch of your interest, for example, if you like electronics line, then you should do B.Tech with electrical. I hope you understand my words. All branches of engineering are best.     1. Computer Science & Engineering/IT
    2. Mechanical Engineering
    3. Electrical & Electronics Engineering
    4. Electronics & Communication Engineering
    5. Civil Engineering
    6. Chemical Engineering
    7. Architectural engineering

    Daniel don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
