It depends upon your interest. If you like electronics field then you should pursue B.Tech in electrical and the same goes for other branches. All the branches are good.

That totally depends on your interest.
Every field has a good scope. What matters is that in which field you can give your best.
So, follow your dream and interest and don't follow or do what others are doing.
