It doesn't matter much what course you picked. IAF takes all forms of engineering students for various tasks. So, the best branch to choose would be the one you are interested in. You will be much better off with the branch you can easily study. Other than that, Aviation Engineering will be more app

What kind of engineering is the best to study to join the Indian Air Force? If you want to join the NDA, just an intermediate (10+2) in Science is enough (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is a must). If you are interested to join as an officer in a combat role (pilot/ground staff) after graduation
