IITs, BITS, Manipal and IISC are the good colleges to pursue B.Tech in CSE.

If you want to take admission in a private engineering college then BITS, VIT and KIIT are the best options for you. To get admission in a government college, you need to qualify JEE Mains and Advanced exam.
