Hey friend, 70% is really a good score. But being in the best engineering college you need to checkout many factors which are your lacation, your interest in which branch, fees structures of colleges, there criterias for cut off, seats and merit list, placements etc. the very first thing you have to decide is in which field of engineering you are interested to. Then find out which city you wanna go for.
