There are various colleges which are considered as best engineering colleges:
1. IITs: mainly IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee.
2. IISC Bangalore
3. NITs
4. IIITs
