    Hi Adil, I don't think any branch of engineering is not capable of providing a job. The problem occurs in college, reputation of the college and placements they provide. So, choose such a college which is having an excellent staff with outstanding placements. The second thing is your interest. You should select a branch in which you are interested rather than which is trending. There are core branches which remain effective even after the recession like civil, electrical and mechanical. Whereas talking about CSE and IT, they got affected during the recession. The job opportunities in CS and IT field are available in a huge quantity. Yo

    All the branches are created equal. There is, however, a greater and increasing demand for CSE and IT graduates. So, for the time being, computer and information technology branches are leading in terms of job opportunities.
