    In my opinion, civil, mechanical and electrical are the three perpetual branches.

    Computer science and information technology can get you jobs like security, solution, application, network, architect, etc. Civil engineering, mechanical and electronic has high scope. Petroleum engineering is very rare in India has good salary in abroad.
