Go with civil if you are interested in it and go with CSE if you are interested in it. It completely depends on your passion, each branch has its own weightage. Vishnu, both the branches are equally good but what is important is your interest. So, take admission according to your interest. LPU has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few.

I think both are good but CSE is more valuable in the present. We don't know anything about the future as India is a developing country and civil might also have a bright future.
