No course can be categorised as best and not best because it depends on you enthusiasm in learning and you creativity in applying what you have learnt so better try to know what you want to do in you career and then decide which course make you eligible for that. for an idea i would say that CS is the most demanfing branch now and Engineering CS has more Value than B.sc CS.
