Having been an English Language Trainer, for over 20 years, let me state, that no coaching institute, can help you speak the English Language fluently. I see people blindly joining one coaching center or the other, thinking it will bridge the gap. The English Language is an ocean by itself. As far as speaking is concerned, I suggest, you identify one person who speaks the English Language fluently. Make it a point to converse with this person, in the English Language everyday. The duration can be decided mutually. Initially, do not focus too much on your grammatical errors. As you go along, you will gradually see a change taking place. Once you get rid of your initial fear, you could request this person, to start correcting your language. This entire process will tale time and will require lot of dedication and perseverance at your end.

Hi Gaurav, Frankly speaking, as there is no neutral ranking for such institutes it is difficult to name one institute which is the best.
