Which is the best field to opt for specialization in B.tech computer science branch?

sir presently i am doing b tech in cs branch from alwar rajasthan i have good hold in c language @=as well as in c the best line for me java or.net iam confused plese tell me this is my 2 year in b tech

Both the lines are Best, the .net is easy compair to Java and hv less salary scale as compair to Java, iF u go in java, be prepare to give very hard work , Core Java > J2EE >JME ..!! Java Has Very High scalary scale and also Demanded too in MNCs..!! iT is not necessary to choose 1 of then , do .net
