Which is the best flying school in India with a guaranteed job at the end of the course?

Hello, There are many flying schools in India. But unfortunately no unbiased survey has been done for giving ranking to these flying schools. These have mushroomed in almost every place where there is functional airport. It is therefore very difficult. Be that as it may, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi established by government of India, Bombay Flying Club are the two that come to my mind. But there could be others that are equally competent. All these flying schools are producing pilots with CPL in large numbers but will all of them get jobs? No flying school can guarantee a job at the end of course but definitely that can showcase placements record. The very fact that Indian carriers had to employ foreigners in cockpit is indicative that shortage indeed exists and hence job at the end of successful course will definitely come through.

Truly speaking there is no such college which guarantees a job. There are many good flying schools in India. It depends on individuals’ performance whether they are able to cope up with the training and becomes eligible for a job. Some of the best flying schools in India are – 1. Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA) 2. National Flying Training Institute (NFTI) 3. Madhya Pradesh Flying Club (MPFC) - This flying club came into existence in 1951 and till 1982 it maintained and operated aircrafts belonging to the Madhya Pradesh government. The club is also known to train Indian Air Force pilots from time to time. MPFC has a fleet of Cessna -152/A, Cessna -172R and multi-engine six-seater aircraft P-68C-TC and Baron G58 for training aspiring pilots. 4. Ahmedabad Aviation and Aeronautics Ltd. (AAA) - Established in 1994, this flying school operates from its own hangars at SV Patel International Airport Ahmedabad and Mehsana Airfield. AAA presently has five single-engine aircraft Cessna 152/ Cessna 172 and one single/multiengine flight simulator. AAA presently has four ground instructors and five flight instructors for a batch of 70 students.

Happy to see your interest in aviation. This is a booming industry, and as per reports it is supposed to become even larger by the end on 2020. The number of Passengers travelling by air are constantly increasing. And, this creates demand for the personnel who will run this industry. Aviation tests your knowledge and Technical skills. Apart from this, you need to be financially strong to fund your training and examinations. Placements for Pilots in aviation are not guaranteed to be very Frank, by any flying school. They may boast of vacancies, but trust me no one provides placement assistance except for the once mentioned below: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy (IGRUA) - Tie up with Air India, Indigo and CAE. Gondia Flying Club - Tie up with CAE For assured placements, go for cadet pilot programmes which are being hosted by Indigo and Jet Airways. Fly Dubai Air also shares the programme with Indigo. This will help you to get placed for sure, but the cost of training is higher than any other flying school in India.

In India, there is no shortage of good flying schools but still, there are some schools/academy which are different from others and proven to be the best among them. In India, you have the options of; (1) Indian Aviation Academy, (2) Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy, (3) Bombay Flying Club and may more, But to give them you the best, I would suggest you to take admission in 'India Aviation Academy', Gurugram, Haryana. This is the one among those flying schools in India which are certified through government. The Director-General of Bureau of Indian Aviation Academy, Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has been established under the Ages of NIAMAR Society on July 22, 2010, the joint training academy of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) has been established. This institution is there to provide education, training and research in the field of aviation management in the Asia Pacific region. Fee is minimal and a job is guaranteed (provided, your performance should be good during the tenure of training). Hope this helps. Good luck.
