Both the universities are good. I would like to say that LPU is synonymous to B Tech CSE. B Tech CSE is one of the fortes of LPU. Being a faculty of LPU, I would like to share some details of B Tech CSE department of LPU : Placements are very good at LPU. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. The maximum package availed by the student for CSE is 42 LPA. The maximum salary offered was 40 LPA and the average salary was 5.7lpa. PEP Classes-These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. Tie-ups with Industries: LPU has tie-ups with many reputed industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. that help students to explore themselves more in their field. The number of admissions in the CSE department has increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. As per my experience, LPU is the best place for a career. I have completed my CSE from the LPU in the year 2019. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. My Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. LPU gave me an extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure, or other facilities. The best thing is LPU gives the career pathways like I was interested in placements and I opted then university gave me all required and important inputs and the result was my placement in a good MNC with Great Package. The maximum package was 31 Lacs per annum in that year. On another hand, my batchmates who were interested in higher studies than university gave all required inputs according to them. They did not compromise with the academics of the students. If any faculty is on leave, the classes are either adjusted or makeup lectures are planned. Lovely Professional University SRM University VIT Manipal University Chitkara University My brother has completed B.Tech CSE from Lovely professional university and currently he is working with Amazon with the highest package. He has learnt a lot from LPU. Reviews are pretty good. LPU is helping him grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support.
