Which is the best for MBA among LPU and CIMS, Bangalore?

Dear Priya, Both CIMS Bangalore and LPU are good private universities and growing in the education sector. I am MBA alumni of LPU so sharing the details of this programme at LPU with you. I did MBA from Lovely Professional University. Of course CIMS would be a good option but I would like to share my insights about LPU. This gives the students credibility of their quality and education during their placements to the Companies and for higher studies. Lots of scholarships opportunities for deserving students, which will make pursuing an MBA at a very affordable cost. CIMS is Very bad college. My son is currently studying in 1st year. He always used to complain about bad teaching at college but I never believed him. Now during pandemic, while attending online lectures - I realized how poor faculty members are. They just read PPT's / Give 70 Pages assignments. MS Mamatha committed foreign language classes but still nothing happened. Basic Facilities like Water are not proper. Can you believe a MBA institute use Rs.250 water dispenser for students? Can't they afford a water cooler. Washrooms are also poor which I can't describe here. I also heard that they charged different fee for different students (Not sure though) I request all parents here not to waste 4 Lacs on this institute. I am regretting my decision, hope u guys will learn from it. I have some interesting videos of live lectures too. It was the worst than degree college. Only updside is - Some Female faculty members are really good and some eateries around the campus. But really think 10 times before coming to this college. Bangalore has lot of good option. If you want only degree and not bothered about quality education then CIMS is right place.

LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. The Business School of LPU is accredited from ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. There are faculty members with good experience and pass outs from good B-Schools including Iims. They have alteast minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.

Priya, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IIMs, IBSs, etc. The B-School of the university has ACBSP accreditation. The university is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2016-2017 for campus placements like Hindustan Unilever, Arabol Lubricants Manufacturing LLC, Global Consumer Products Limited, Berger Paints, Vodafone (Punjab), etc. LPU students have also availed opportunities of Placements in government services like Indian Army, Indian Navy, Transport Corporation of India, etc., through on-campus/off-campus placement drives and SSB interviews. Hi, Fees for MBA in LPU is Rs. 1,45,000 per semester. However, if you appear for LPU NEST or satisfy the other scholarship schemes then you can grab good scholarship amounts and reduce your fees to a great extent. LPU is the best university to go for MBA, extremely full of exposures, industry requirements, the fastest university to grab technology updates, best curriculum, and worthy placements, both national and international.
