Which is the best foreign university for pursuing MBA?

To pursue MBA, below mentioned are the best countries:
1. USA.
2. Australia.
3. UK.
4. Germany.
5. Canada.
6. France.
For Australia and US, the fees is very high, but if you score well in GMAT and TOEFL, then you can get scholarship.
For UK, the visa policies are not good, but study quality is great but fees are also high.
For Canada, the process is like US, total cost would be around Rs.30 lakhs to Rs.35 lakhs.
