Which is the best foreign university for pursuing MBA?
My budget is 25 lakhs.

To pursue MBA, below mentioned are the best countries:
1. USA.
2. Australia.
3. UK.
4. Germany.
5. Canada.
6. France.
For Australia and US, the fees is very high, but if you score well in GMAT and TOEFL, then you can get scholarship.
For UK, the visa policies are not good, but study quality is gr
