The average package recorded for HR in IIM-Ranchi was around 13.49 LPA. In general, IIM graduates get an average package of 23 LPA. You can go for IIM-A, B, C or Ranchi. Even XLRI-Jamshedpur is good for MBA HR.

IIM (Ahmadabad, Kolkata, Bangalore) are good for MBA in Human Resources.

Best IIM for HR is IIM-Ahmedabad. Apart from that, XLRI is one of the best college in India for HR.

Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. There two are ranked 1 and 2 by MHRD 2017 for HR in MBA. You can go onto pursue MBA from these institutions. All the best.
